How your invitation goes live
Amantrit delivers a web page, not a parcel — but a manual payment check sits between paying and publishing, and you deserve to know how long it takes before you pay, not after.

The five steps
- 1You build it — free, no account needed. Open a design, replace the names, dates, photographs and story with your own. Nothing is charged and nothing is submitted. Signing in keeps your work; it does not publish it.
- 2You ask to publish. The editor shows the final amount — the design, any sections you added, and any extra months — before you commit to anything. Asking to publish reserves your link and issues a payment reference.
- 3You pay by UPI. Pay the exact amount from any UPI app, quoting the reference in the payment note. Then send us the UTR (the 12-digit transaction number your app shows) and a screenshot.
- 4We check it by hand. A person matches your UTR and reference against the money that actually reached the account. This is the step that takes time, and it is the step below.
- 5It goes live. Your invitation appears at its link and you get an email. From that moment guests can open it, RSVP and leave blessings, and the months you paid for start counting.
How long approval takes
Every payment is checked by a person, and we confirm as soon as we have seen it.
Support hours: Support hours is currently unavailable. Payments that arrive outside those hours are checked when the next day starts — we do not publish invitations in our sleep, and pretending otherwise would be the easiest promise on this page to break.
If your event is within 24 hours, do not wait quietly. Pay, then message WhatsApp with the word URGENT and your payment reference. See the contact page.
Maximum approval time is currently unavailable — we have not yet published an outer limit. Until we do, treat the typical time above as typical rather than as a guarantee, and use the urgent route if your date is close.
Watching your payment
You are never left guessing. Your invitation's page in your dashboard shows the state of the payment at all times:
- Awaiting payment — we have your request and the amount, and have not yet seen the money.
- Submitted / under review — your UTR and screenshot are with us, with the time you sent them.
- Approved — live, with the link.
- Not confirmed — with the reason, and a form to correct it and send again. It stays open; a rejection is never the end of the request.
You also get an email on every one of those changes.
If a payment cannot be matched
The usual causes, in the order we see them:
- The reference was not in the payment note, so the money cannot be tied to your invitation. Usually resolved by sending us the UTR — tell us and we will look for the amount.
- The amount differs from the amount due. If you underpaid, pay the difference with the same reference. If you overpaid, see the refund policy.
- The screenshot does not show a completed payment — a pending or failed transaction, or a screenshot of the wrong screen.
- The money never arrived. UPI failures sometimes show as success on the payer's phone and reverse within a few hours.
In every case you are told which one it was, in plain words, and your request stays open so you can fix it and re-submit. Nothing is cancelled behind your back.
Renewals and changes after going live
- Edits to a live invitation — send us what to change, or edit and re-publish. The same approval step applies, but there is nothing to pay if the price has not changed.
- Renewals follow exactly the same path: you see the amount for the months you choose before you commit, pay, and we approve. Your invitation stays live for guests throughout.
- Taking it down — ask, and we take it offline. See data deletion.
