Your data

Delete my data

Ask, and your invitation, your guests' replies and your photographs are removed. This page tells you exactly what goes, what has to stay, and how long it takes.

Make the request

Send it from the email address on your account, or from the WhatsApp number you contacted us on. Both links below arrive pre-filled — fill in the two blanks and send.

Neither channel is published yet, which means there is currently no way to send this request. That is a gap, we know it is a gap, and it is the first thing being fixed — see the contact page for whatever is available today.

Tell us which of the two you want:

  • One invitation — that invitation, its RSVPs, its blessings and its photographs. Your account stays, and so does anything else you have made.
  • Your whole account — every invitation and draft you own, every guest reply to them, and your sign-in details.

What you can delete yourself, right now

  • A draft you have not published. Open your dashboard and delete it there. It goes immediately.
  • A blessing you do not want shown. Hide it from your invitation's page in the dashboard; ask us if you want it erased rather than hidden.

Published invitations and RSVP data are not self-serve, deliberately. Both are one click away from destroying the guest list for an event that has not happened yet, so a person confirms it with you first.

What we delete

  • The invitation itself — its design, text, dates and venues.
  • Every RSVP it received: names, attendance, guest counts, phone numbers, email addresses, dietary notes and any free-text answers.
  • Every blessing left on it, shown or hidden.
  • Every photograph you uploaded for it.
  • For an account deletion, also your sign-in identity and your profile details.

The invitation goes offline the moment we act on the request. The link stops working for every guest holding it. RSVPs cannot be recovered afterwards — if you want the list, ask for a copy in the same message and we will send it before deleting.

What we have to keep

Payment records. The amount, the date, the payment reference and the transaction number are the record of a transaction between us, and they are kept after deletion for as long as a tax or dispute period requires. They are not used for anything else, and they contain no guest data.

Payment screenshots are deleted with the rest unless there is an open dispute about that specific payment.

Backups. Our hosting provider keeps rolling backups. Deleted data can persist in those for a short period before they roll over; it is not restored to the live system and is not accessible to us in normal operation.

How long it takes

We acknowledge a deletion request within one working day and act on it within 7 days, usually the same day. If we need to confirm that the request really is from you, we will ask — an emailed request from a different address than the account's is the one case where we will not simply act.

If you are a guest, not the couple

The reply you left belongs to the invitation's owners. Ask them first — they can remove it in a moment. If you cannot reach them, send us the invitation's link and the name you replied under, and we will remove your reply. We will not hand over or discuss anyone else's replies.
